Our technicians are NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certified, RSES (refrigeration service engineered society) accredited and always further their skillset by attending any available trainings and seminars held by the distributor and/or the manufacturer.

Our plumbing professionals are led by a master plumber. Our rural area doesn't recognize the city level requirements or state licensing but rest assured that our journeyman can tackle any plumbing job while our apprentice works closely with the master, learning all he can to become a fellow journeyman.

We have great working relationships with the manufacturers of the brands we chose to sell. We can work on any brand, but we stock a shop full of inventory for our preferred brands.
